What we hear most.

Why do you not publish fixed prices?
Because the right scope depends on what the audit finds. A lead qualification system for a 10-person sales team is a different build to the same system for a 60-person team with a complex CRM. Publishing a fixed price would either over-scope or under-scope most engagements.
Is the audit cost applied toward implementation?
No — the audit is a standalone deliverable with its own value. If you choose to proceed with implementation, it is a separate scoped engagement based on audit findings.
What if the audit finds nothing worth building?
That is a legitimate outcome. If the diagnostic does not find a bottleneck where AI creates a measurable return that justifies the investment, we will say so clearly. The report is still useful — it tells you what is not worth doing and why.
Do you work on a success-fee or equity basis?
No. We charge for the work, not a share of the outcome. This keeps the relationship clean and the incentives aligned: we scope what is actually needed, not what maximises a downstream fee.
