Your business is different. Your data quality is different. Your team composition is different. The 40% efficiency gain they promised might be 15% for you, or 5%, or zero if you can't get adoption. Until you've measured the baseline in your own operations and run a pilot that reflects your reality, you don't actually know the ROI. This is why we insist on auditing first. Finally, expand only once you've proven--in your business, with your data--that the ROI justifies the effort. AI is a powerful tool. But it's not magic, and it's not one-size-fits-all. Most demos fail to translate to business results because they skip the hard work of understanding your business first. Start there, and you'll actually know whether the AI tool is worth building on or whether the answer is something else entirely.
